The applicant acknowledges that:
1.1 It has substantially the same objectives as set out in clauses 6.4, 6.8, 6.9, 6.10, 6.11, and 6.12 of the Constitution and as a Member shall encourage, promote, develop and administer the game of Padel in accordance with sound business principles and in line with good governance.
1.2 The Member recognises the values of non-racialism and gender equality espoused in clauses of 6.5 and 6.6 of the Constitution.
1.3 It will not become a member or affiliate to any other body without the prior written consent of Exco.
1.4 It will not authorise, send or sanction any team to go on a tour outside the boundaries of the Republic of South Africa without having first obtained the consent of Exco.
1.5 Should the applicant own and/or be in control of a club and/or Padel courts in more than one location, then all such club’s and/ or Padel courts shall become members and treated as separate entities."]
